General Clean
Policy and Expectations
Purpose
- This policy outlines the formal conditions applicable to the General Clean service already booked.
Nature of Service
- General Clean is a maintenance-level cleaning service. The focus is preservation of an existing standard through routine cleaning of accessible surfaces. It does not include restorative cleaning or heavy buildup removal
- Deep cleaning in up to three selected priority areas.
- Maintenance cleaning throughout the remainder of the home.
- This service does not include whole-home deep cleaning.
Service Limitations
The Focus Deep Cleaning service does not include:
- Heavy soap scum
- Grease
- Buildup removal
- Hand-washing baseboards
- Double scrubbing of heavily accumulated areas
- Interior cabinet or drawer cleaning
- Interior oven or refrigerator deep cleaning (available as add-on)
- Wall washing
- Permanent stain removal
- Mold remediation or biohazard cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
Additional services must be requested in advance for scheduling and pricing adjustments.
Time & Execution
Service duration depends on:
- Home size
- Level of prior maintenance
- Conditions encountered at the time of service
- While full scope coverage is intended, completion depends on actual home conditions on the day of service.
- If significant buildup is present beyond the maintenance scope, additional time may be required and will be communicated before proceeding.
Client Acknowledgment
By proceeding, the client acknowledges that General Clean is a maintenance service and not a deep restoration, and that service duration may vary based on conditions. If the home’s condition requires deep cleaning, our team will communicate this before proceeding and recommend the appropriate service level.
