Brooke Erwin10 days agoThey were kind and quiet as me and my newborn slept while the cleaner worked. She did a great job getting to the places I can’t while taking care of a newborn and toddler. As a mom who is OCD and loves a clean space I can’t get more than dishes and your typical vacuum and counter wiped down so it was very helpful to have someone else do it and leave it sparkly and get those places I can’t . They are very on top of reaching out and communicatingPosted on Google
Kimberly Stryker14 days agoFernanda did a beautiful job deep cleaning our apartment. She was efficient and thorough and paid attention to detail. Our dog can be reluctant towards strangers in our home but he loved her instantly! We are so happy with how clean our home is. Hiring Family Cleaners to help us maintain our home has tremendously helped my mental health and has allowed us to dedicate our downtime to doing the things we enjoy rather than household chores.Posted on Google

Lisa Dugas62 days agoI cannot say enough good things about Family Cleaners. I contacted them recently during an incredibly stressful time when my son was unexpectedly hospitalized and I needed to have his apartment cleaned and ready for him to come home and recover. I was very upfront with them from the beginning — I told them the apartment was ROUGH and this was not going to be an ordinary cleaning job. As my son has been unwell for a few months. After hearing what was going on, they rearranged their entire schedule so they could come the very next day. That alone meant more to me than I can say. They were kind, professional, compassionate and completely nonjudgmental. They tackled an apartment that needed a significant amount of work, and the transformation was incredible. They cleaned, organized, removed trash and took care of areas that were honestly overwhelming. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. When they were finished, I could finally look at my son's apartment and feel relieved knowing he would be coming home from the hospital to a clean, comfortable space where he could concentrate on getting better. At a time when I had more than enough to worry about, Family Cleaners took one enormous worry completely off my shoulders. I was so impressed with their work that I've already asked them for pricing on having them return once or twice a month after my son is home so we can keep things from ever becoming overwhelming again. They were responsive, dependable, thorough, very kind and worth every penny. I would recommend Family Cleaners without hesitation. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family when we truly needed the help. ❤️+8Posted on Google

Had paid a deposit for a deep clean at one house and had to cancel was able to transfer that deposit for a clean at another property a few months later. Cleaner showed up on time. Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the bathrooms like we had requested. Overall satisfied. Claudine Auxier184 days agoI’m a coordinator for a historic home, and we just had this cleaning service come in for a deep clean today. They did a really great job!!! They took special care while working through the space, and everything was left looking noticeably cleaner. You could tell they were professional and comfortable working in a setting like this. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, and stayed efficient while still being thorough. By the time they finished, the whole place felt refreshed. They also added some thoughtful finishing touches, like folding the toilet paper in a decorative way. During the walkthrough, they pointed out a few areas that will need attention in the future, including some of the window panes and a sofa cover that could use some care. Upstairs, they even took the time to straighten up the bedrooms so everything was neatly in place. Overall, I’m really happy with how it went and would definitely use them again!!!Posted on Google

Christine Gilbert776 days agoThis was my first experience hiring house cleaners. Truthfully I always though of it as a wealthy person thing and was a bit embarassed to admit I needed help. But with school starting, I really just needed a reset of my house. We did a one-time deep cleaning and I am beyond happy with the work. My house is spotless; literally cleaner than when we moved in. We have many animals and a toddler, so our house gets dirty fast. You wouldn't even guess that I have the world's hairiest dog when you enter my home. Also, the customer service is next-level. Scheduling was so easy. Look no further! Hire Family Cleaners!Posted on Google

Holly Rae818 days agoI have had Caroline’s team come to clean twice now, once for a deep clean and once for a regular biweekly cleaning. Both times they have done an excellent job and I find great joy in the little things after they’re done, like toilet paper roses lol. The deep clean was outstanding and with two cats, the biweekly cleaning helps me to manage their shedding among other things. I’ve had a couple cleaners over the years and Caroline’s team is top notch. Only thing of note — both times they have come, they’ve arrived later than scheduled and I had to call for an ETA. The first time there were car troubles, and I wasn’t given a reason the second time. I work from home so I have no real time crunch, but I would be mindful of any potential delays when selecting your day/time for cleaning if you have other commitments or a strict schedule to adhere to.Posted on Google

Katherine Layman1256 days agoI have used their services twice now and both times it was a positive experience. They performed a deep clean to start and it was excellent quality, they did a great job with a lot of attention to detail. They cleaned multiple things, like the bathroom fan, that the previous company I used had skipped. I'm continuing to use Family Cleaners for regular cleanings and when they returned to do the first cleaning they also did an excellent job. One of the cleaners accidentally damaged something while cleaning and they texted me immediately to let me know and were very helpful in working to make the situation right. I get the sense that they take customer service very seriously and are receptive to feedback. Twice there was misunderstanding regarding pricing as they way it was presented led me to believe the cost would be lower than it was, and they received that feedback well and stated they will work to make it more clear for others. Regardless of the misunderstanding, they are worth the value of their fees (it just feels better to have a clear understanding from the start). We will be continuing to use them!Posted on Google
