When should I schedule a move-out cleaning?
After everything has been moved out and before the final walkthrough with your landlord, buyer or agent. Booking it for the empty home lets the team clean inside every cabinet and drawer and reach every floor and baseboard.
Does the home need to be completely empty?
The service is designed for an empty home, which is why it covers inside cabinets and drawers but not bed making or dusting decor. If some furniture or boxes will still be there, tell us when you book so we can plan around them.
How soon can you come?
It depends on our schedule at the time, so contact us as soon as you know your dates. In their reviews, one customer tells how we came out within two days for a move-in clean, and another how the team came on a weekend to fit a move-in schedule. We confirm availability for every booking.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Tell us how the team gets in, such as a lockbox, a door code or a key left with someone, and we take it from there.
