Code 1 & 2
The Home Magazine Look
The home is in pristine condition, with no visible dirt, dust, or clutter. This
level requires only basic touch-ups and maintenance. All surfaces appear
freshly cleaned and polished.
It’s so clean you could host a brunch today. Just a few touch-ups and it’s perfect.
Code 3 & 4
Life Got Busy
The home is still in decent condition but beginning to show more noticeable
signs of wear (some houses we will see more clutter and disorganization).
Dust may have accumulated in corners, require more thorough attention to
detail, such as vacuuming more hidden spots or cleaning light grime and mold.
Still decent but dust bunnies are starting to gossip.
Code 5 & 6
It’s Been a While…
Noticeable dirt and dust accumulation. Some areas require more attention,
visible dust on furniture, and general grime buildup in common spaces,
baseboards, blinds, window sills have more dust, mold on bathrooms and
grime on stove, cabinets, door dirty
It’s not terrible, but definitely not guest-ready
Code 7 & 8
We’ve Entered Deep-Clean Territory
Multiple areas show a significant accumulation of dust, dirt, and grime. Some spaces may be difficult to clean with regular techniques. The condition of the home is visibly unclean. Dirt and grime are present in most areas, including hard-to-reach places. Stubborn stains and built-up dirt will require more effort and stronger cleaning products
Dirt has made itself at home and it invited friends.
Code 9 & 10
Emergency Mode Activated
The home is extremely dirty, with severe buildup of grime, dust, and stains on most surfaces. Cleaning this property will require maximum effort, including the use of specialized tools and products. It may also involve addressing strong odors, mold, or other intensive tasks. A maximum intensity deep cleaning is required. The client must understand that this will take significant time and effort, with the possibility of additional charges. Prepare for the toughest conditions.

Hoarding or Unsafe Conditions
Extreme clutter, biohazards, or unsafe environments. Due to health and safety limitations, these cleanings are respectfully declined. We’ll refer you to specialized services.
