Purpose

  • It ensures clarity regarding scope, limitations, execution standards, and service expectations.

Nature of Service

  • Focus Deep Cleaning is a hybrid cleaning service.
  • It combines:
  • Deep cleaning in up to three selected priority areas.
  • Maintenance cleaning throughout the remainder of the home.
  • This service does not include whole-home deep cleaning.

Service Limitations

The Focus Deep Cleaning service does not include:

  • Deep cleaning in more than three focus areas
  • Heavy buildup removal throughout the entire home
  • Hand-washing baseboards throughout the entire home
  • Double scrubbing outside selected focus areas
  • Interior cabinet or drawer cleaning
  • Interior oven or refrigerator deep cleaning (available as add-on
  • Wall washing
  • Permanent stain removal
  • Mold remediation or biohazard cleaning
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning

Additional services must be requested in advance for proper scheduling and pricing adjustments.

Time & Execution

Service duration depends on:

  • Home size
  • Selected focus areas
  • Level of buildup
  • Conditions encountered at the time of service
  • The estimate provided on the service page is an average guideline and may vary.
  • If selected focus areas require additional time to meet quality standards, our team will communicate this before proceeding.

Completion Standards

  • Completion of all areas depends on actual home conditions at the time of service.
  • If a focus area requires additional time or a return visit to meet expected standards, our team will notify you before proceeding so we can align on the best solution.
